Earlier this week, The Underachievers announced their sophomore album title as well as a tour to help promote the album. Evermore: The Art of Duality, which doesn't have an exact release date but is due out in the Fall, will coincide with an upcoming "The Forevermore Express World Tour." In the same press release, the Flatbush duo announced the first single would arrive Friday-- and so it has, just as promised.
"Take Your Place" is our first taste of the forthcoming 15-track album, which is said to bring more of that "psychedelic hip-hop" style. "Take Your Place" is a little less psychedelic and a little more hard-hitting, contrasted by operatic vocals and a catchy piano melody.
