As a resident of ATL, Rome Fortune's had the pleasure of collaborating with everyone in his city from Young Thug to iLoveMakonnen, but he's also got musical interests that extend beyond his city, and even the genre of rap. He let us know that with "One Time For," a collaboration with British electronic icon Four Tet, and now he's venturing into the indie pop world with his latest track. "Pitch Black" is shared under one-man-band Toro y Moi's name, but only features vocals from Rome, with Toro (real name Chaz Bundick) supplying the instrumental.

Quotable Lyrics
She said my soul was pitch black
Breakin' hearts like back to back to back
Universe'll react
She know that I ain't never mad at that
