Jay Whiss
Jay Whiss is a melodic rapper and a member of the Prime clique. In 2015 he got that OVO co-sign with the premiere of "Watch This" on OVO Sound Radio, and he's been hustling hard ever since. Already on fire in 2017, Whiss recently linked with current producer MVP Murda Beatz and plans to release a new project in April.
Big Lean
Mixing the 6ix dancehall vibes with Atlanta rap, Big Lean's sound is as diverse as the country he calls his home. Recently he's had features from PartyNextDoor and Johnny Cinco, but no matter the trap Big Lean is keeping his fans on their toes. Lean dropped his Enough Is Enough mixtape in 2015, and should have more music coming your way in 2017.
Pressa
19-year-old Quinton Gardiner, also known as Pressa, has been steady gaining attention since he released "Deadmihana" a year ago. Pressa's pitched raps can move from quick and sharp to slow and slurred, often over heavy trap beats. The rapper is currently working on his debut mixtape Press Machine.
River Tiber
River Tiber is a 24-year old one-man show from Toronto. Versed in the cello, drums, trombone, and guitar, River Tiber has already been sampled by Drake and worked with Pusha T. His soft sultry vocals are highlighted by varying synths and drums making his catalog perfect for any mood. Tiber released his debut album Indigo in 2016. He's currently touring the U.S. with Hampton, Virginia singer D.R.A.M.
