As he does most days, Vado is keeping it New York for Memorial Day. His new record, "Da Plug" connects him with Smoke Dza and newcomer Manolo Rose, who rep the city as well, as the three mean-mugged rappers take on a shape-shifting beat from Dolla Bill Kidz.
No word on whether this one is intended for any particular project, but it definitely strikes us as single-worthy, and should make the rounds on NY rap radio. It works with the same not-too-nostalgic summer breeziness that'll keep French Montana and Chinx's "Off The Rip" ringing out all summer, so we wouldn't be surprised if it stuck around for a while.
