Troy Ave drops off "June 5th", named after the release date of his upcoming album.

Troy Ave is currently prepping the release of his long awaited, appropriately-titled album Major Without A Label. On Tuesday night, the BSB leader took to the Hot 97 airwaves to debut this new record called “June 5th”, which of course is also the new release date for the album.

Produced by Yankee, “June 5th” is a bouncy, melodic street cut that fans should definitely vibe with. Highlighted by its slick bars and infectious production, “June 5th” is another really strong addition to Troy's steady growing catalogue of hits.

Take a listen and let us know what ya think! (Sidenote: “June 5th” ends around the 2:22 mark before going into his latest release “Real Nigga”.) Flex bombs for now.

Update: CDQ now available.

Quotable Lyrics:

Moment of silence I’m about to killa niggas (RIP)
They bitin’ my style I’m bout to bill niggas (no receipt)
Swagger jackin’ at an all-time high (why?)
And I ain’t really mad I’m that guy (fly)
