Misterelle write of himself: "Being from an area where you're more likely to go to prison than to college, would make even the most whimsical of characters second guess their future. But Richmond-bred rapper Misterelle had another plan in mind. He dates back, "to a kid Richmond could be as vast as the entire universe and at the same time as minuscule as the ants on the ground ".
