Harlem Knights

Cannibal Ox share "Harlem Knights".

The first track we heard from Cannibal Ox's impending comeback album was a sure heater called "Iron Rose" that featured DOOM, and now the duo's followed it up with another intergalactic-sounding cut. In the absence of their former production mastermind El-P, CanOx's "Harlem Knights" is again produced by Bill Cosmiq, who continues to hold it down with otherworldly sounds.

Cosmiq flipped a sample from an old Italian horror film on "Iron Rose", and while the instrumental on this new sounds a little more rock-influenced, we could also see this being constructed out of an antique soundtrack.

Blade Of The Ronin drops on March 3rd. Pre-order it here.

Quotable Lyrics

We was still in gauze
Comin' outta schools ringin' alarms
Some wettin' teachers with Super Soakers
Then through the motions
Metal detectors were developed
In the event of kids really bringing in arms
