Today we've got some new talent to introduce to the site, thanks to Philadelphia-bred MC Coin$. You probably haven't heard of him, although it's possible you've heard his lyrics before, because he was a ghostwriter before stepping in the booth himself. He also used to go by the name The SHOW.
Coin$ gives us "Chain Gang" today, which he says is about "being a young black man on his 9-5 grind, trying to live a positive life and have nice things. But if you're not successful enough to make it out of the hood then you're still prey to the streets." Give it a listen and tell us what you think.

And these rappers ain't sellin' no records
So a job today equivalent to an ounce of 'ye
