Emilio Rojas is never not working. The rapper always has some sort of project or another in the works, and today, as he prepares to release yet another project, Emilio delivers "Nada" featuring Joell Ortiz.
The rapper was busy dropping off a lot of freestyles in the latter half of 2014, but come 2015 we got some original music with "The Break Up (Friends Turn To Enemies)." It was a warm-up for the first official leak off his upcoming EP Life Got In The Way, and today he's ready to give us that first single with "Nada." The rapper tackles his mother's struggle to stay afloat when he was a child, and other issues you face when you're below the poverty line.
It's produced by Bizness Boi & Derelle Rideout and you can cop it on iTunes now.
Quotable Lyrics
Just when y'all thought it was a rap
I thought of a couple raps, took the money from the trap
Hit the booth on 'em, said let me give this a crack
I'm tired of slinging that crack
I started spitting this crack and it grew on 'em
First booking was a rack, word to Brooklyn it was packed
Man it happened and it snapped how I blew on 'em
- Yaowaaaa
