Maino is already the (self-proclaimed) King of Brooklyn, but on his latest track, he has grander aspirations. On "Sean Combs," he lists off all of the things that he has in common with the man who usually comes in Forbes lists as hip-hop's second highest earner (after Dr. Dre).
Whether it's being mistaken for Puff Daddy by white female fans, "doing it Biggie" or owning some similar garments and accessories, The King Of Brooklyn seems to share a lot of traits with Mr. Diddy. With a hook arranged similarly to A$APs Ferg and Rocky's "Shabba" and Earlly Mac's "Like Kanye," "Sean Combs" is the latest in a long line of idol-worshipping hip-hop tracks.
