A judge has ordered Ian Connor to pay $150,000 to a woman he landed on and injured during a stage dive at a 2013 A$AP Rocky concert, theJasmineBRAND.com reports.
Krystina Clowes filed a lawsuit against Rocky, A$AP Ferg, Young Shabba, Connor, and Live Nation last year, seeking $225,000 in damages. She claimed that Young Shabba and Connor jumped off the stage and landed on her, leaving with a fractured vertebra.
From the hearing:
"[The] plaintiff testified that she is in constant pain and she often stays in bed all day to avoid the pain and that her enjoyment of life has been severely curtailed. Plaintiff, who became pregnant after the incident, testified that the pregnancy was very painful because of her injury and she was bedridden for the end of her pregnancy. She also testified that because of her chronic back pain that she cannot take care of her daughter on her own and requires assistance to care for her daughter and taking care of her daughter on her own is extremely challenging."
Though Rocky was dropped from the case earlier this year, the suit continued against the other defendants. Connor did not respond to the suit and was ordered to pay $150,000 by default judgement -- $75,000 for bodily harm, pain and suffering and emotional distress, and $75,000 in punitive damages due to his extreme and outrageous conduct.
Another A$AP Mob crowd-surfing lawsuit centered around A$AP Ferg is still pending.
