Brandon Thomas, the ATL-based producer who's been a frequent collaborator of upstarts such as OG Maco, Key! and Man Man Savage, just dropped a new project today. Good Things Take Time Vol. 2 can be streamed in full on SoundCloud, but first, check out the OG Maco collab, "Fuck Yo Dreams."
With a beat that's much more active and menacing than Thomas and Maco's most notable collabo to date ("U Guessed It"), "Fuck Yo Dreams" makes uses of booming low-end and some very unorthodox snare sounds. Lyrically, Maco's back in angry, belligerent mode, whooping and yelling like a maniac over the equally chaotic beat. These dudes clearly work well together.
