While 2014 marked the return of G-Unit, Buck kicks off 2015 solo with "New Years Cake", going in over Drake's "Pound Cake" instrumental.
Not too far removed from the release of his video for "Bring My Bottles" Buck goes back in. Buck hasn't forgotten people had written him off, and that's probably a good thing. He rhymes with the same hunger and aggression he displayed in the earlier days of G-Unit.
In a 2 minute span, Buck covers a lot of ground, from being written off, the continued incarceration of "Big Meech", Bobby Shmurda, and Mike Brown. Clearly, he has a lot on his mind.
