G-Eazy's been on a roll lately, dropping off heat, often more than one at a time. Last we heard from him he delivered two songs, his remix of Kehlani's "Get Away" as well as "Achievement." Today he one ups that by dropping off three new records, getting into the spirit of holiday giving. One of three is this new Hit-Boy produced jam, "Why Thank You," where the Bay Area rapper contemplates kidnapping Hit-Boy and producing an entire album with him. That wouldn't be such a bad thing? They definitely have chemistry here. It's another high energy record from the HS87 head honcho, and an off-the-cuff flow from G-Eazy.
Quotable Lyrics
'Cause low-key, like two octaves down
Somewhere along the road became a monster now
Toured the world and I brought the town
We eatin' plenty of food over here and we got lots around
I am
Feelin' better than I ever felt
