Air Jordan has been feeding us with a steady stream of retro sneaker lately, and they probably won’t slow down in 2017. It looks like they’re even expanding their retro pipeline to include some lesser known Air Jordan kicks, the Jordan Jumpman Pro.
The Jumpman Pro originally released in 1997 as part of Air Jordan’s first wave of team players like Ray Allen, Kevin Garnett and Quentin Richardson. The shoe was re-released back in 2008, but per some leaked images, fans will likely get another shot at the shoe this year in its original black and red colorway, along with two new color combinations.
Team Jordans have always been a divisive topic for sneakerheads, with purists refusing to accept anything that doesn’t end in a number, while many others have embraced shoes like the Spizikes and the Dub-Zeros.
No word on whether Jordan will be using any new technology in these retro kicks, but we’ll keep you updated with more information, including a release date, once it becomes available.
