We haven't heard from DMV native Phil Ade since September, when he unexpectedly teamed up with Mya for a collabo "Soon As I Get On." As he continues his quest to be put on, he delivers a new collaboration with another buzzing rapper from the Washington, DC area, Chaz French. "Way Too Much" has production from Kris Minor, and Phil provides a pretty smooth and melodic hook on it. He's contrasted well with Chaz French's sing-song rhymes.
