Boldy James is prepping a follow up to his extremely dope yet overlooked debut mixtape Trapper's Alley: Pros And Cons. Before Trapper's Alley 2 arrives, we highly recommend getting familiar with the first Trapper's Alley here. Since he dropped that, his name has gained a bit more weight, as he inked a deal with the Nas-helmed Mass Appeal record label. He's also branched out in terms of producers, calling upon Harry Fraud for the first mixtape leak "50 Foot Razor Blade," who incorporates a cold sample into the production. Plus we get a verse from Boldy's ConCreature affiliate and past collaborator Peechie Green.
Keep your eye out for this lyrical, drug-talking Detroit rapper. Trapper's Alley 2 in 2015.
Quotable Lyrics
They talk a good game but they not at all killas
And my pain run deep like Pac on malt liquor
I'm talking pain, I lost my Uncle James to the heron
You never felt pain til you felt mines
