The only glaring absences from Pro Era's otherwise-stellar The Shift EP (released back in May) were the curse words. The EP, released in collaboration with Scion, was presented only in its clean form, with no explicit version being offered as an alternative. Now, Kirk Knight and Dyemond Lewis have linked up to change that, at least for one of the tracks. Released on Kirk Knight's birthday, this dirty version of the EP's opening track "Extortion" finally allows us to hear the full scope of the lyrics that the youngsters cooked up.
He added:
"This is something I always wanted to correct for my bday and for ya'll rocking with me for so long with no tape out or any solid piece of music means the world to me and I had to drop this. Love, Kreeper"
Quotable Lyrics
Kirk be the nigga with problems, we gon call Prob up
He gon' handle the problems
Vodka blockin' my chakras
Bumpin' that FlyLo and TOKiMONSTA
