In terms of turn-around, this track beats Rowland's sister Beyonce's Blue Ivy dedication "Blue" by about two years, as that track didn't arrive until Bey's offspring was nearing two years old. Her ode to Titan is a cool, relaxed jaunt that bears some sonic qualities that hint at the lullaby quality suggested by the title. It's a short track, but a good one.
