Over the course of a few short months, Chicago MC Tink has become an HNHH favorite. Thanks to a collaboration with Jeremih, a few with DJ Dahi, she's seen her status in the rap game elevated, and with good reason. Today, she shares a new one entitled "Sounds Good," produced by DJ Wes.
Although this one may have less star power than the aforementioned collabos, "Sounds Good" might be one of Tink's strongest tracks to date. She raps intensely personal lyrics over a trippy beat fueled by pitch-shifted vocals and shows she has more than enough charisma to carry tracks on her own.
Quotable Lyrics:
Fuck you, you know you hurt me in the worst way like Jhené say
I painted this false image like I was some sort of JPEG
Thought that I was special, you told me you would be gentle
You used me like a rental, that really fucked with my mental
