Revisit Big K.R.I.T.'s 2010 track "Children Of The World."

In Summer 2010, most of the world was introduced to a Mississippi spitter named Big K.R.I.T. with his meaty, soulful mixtape K.R.I.T. Wuz Here. Repping a state that's historically been criminally under-represented in hip-hop, Krizzle instantly became one of the most promising talents in Southern rap with tracks like "Children Of The World" that showcased his talented rapping, knack for production and world-weary intelligence.

Over a beat that sounds like a country-fried version of a Just Blaze joint, K.R.I.T. begins by announcing "Just in case you was wondering, I did make the beat" before launching into close to three minutes of straight bars. He calls police "the only rival gang," debates whether or not to attend college, rags on the government and closes out the track a cappella, cementing himself as the next big thing coming out of the South.

Be sure to cop K.R.I.T.'s recently-released See Me On Top Vol. 4.

Quotable Lyrics:

I guess I didn't swag enough
Stupid fruity pebble chain, Louis bag enough
Popping tags, model bitches, couldn't brag enough
Bubba Kushy stupid loud pack, jet lag enough
Steady acting like I ain't had enough
Ten chains on your neck like you ain't flash enough
I wreck so many times, I guess I ain't crash enough
On the track like a pusher of crack, bag it up
