This summer was sadly lacking in new music from Trouble, who released his last track, "Tell U Dat," on June 1st, but fall is almost here and the drought is now over. Today, we've got a track by the ATL resident called "Pocket Full of Dead Dudes," which was produced by the always-stellar Sonny Digital.
As has become his calling card, Sonny Digital crafts an instrumental that's as trappy as it is playful, as menacing as it is colorful, as bright as it is uneasy. Over this, Trouble raps about acquiring a "pocket full of dead dudes" (a nice play on the age-old "dead presidents" trope) by any means necessary.
