Rocko has been relatively quiet since he dropped off his free EP Poet in May, which served as a tribute to the late Maya Angelou. Today he's back with a new record, premiered by XclusivesZone. He connects with frequent collaborator TM88 of 808 Mafia for the production, the same producer who did his last drop with Lil Wayne "Good." As it turns out, these two are making things more official and teaming up under the name Carte Blanche for an entire joint effort.
