Yesterday, Stalley returned from a long hiatus with a video for the track "Jackin' Chevys." Today we've got audio of the song, as well as a new Ty Dolla $ign collabo from the Ohio-based rapper.
Beginning with a lyrical interpolation of Eazy-E's "Boyz N The Hood," Stalley spends "Jackin' Chevys" rapping about stealing cars, and then driving said cars around and making great use of their hydraulics. There's an inventive beat switch around halfway in, and Stalley rolls with it by subtly switching up his flow.
"Jackin' Chevys," along with "Always Into Something," will be included on Stalley's upcoming album Ohio, dropping on October 28th.
Quotable Lyrics:
Cruisin' down the street in your '64
Bangin' your beats, shinin' your gold
Went to the store for some gas and brews
Then pulled up at the park where they shootin' some hoops
