To date, the majority of songs that Bobby Shmurda's turned up on have been hard-hitting street anthems that rarely last beyond the 4 minutes mark. But today, he's popped up on Rico Love's new track, a nearly six-minute-long epic entitled "Bank Roll."
Though Rico is clearly running the show here, and dominates close to five of the six minutes, Shmurda turns up for a verse that is, if anything, a little out of character for him. The song's spacious production is much less chaotic than the Jahlil Beats bangers he's come to be associated with, and he rides the beat well on "Bank Roll."
Quotable Lyrics:
On the block we was sellin' hard, we was never soft
Any niggas tryin' to get it off, we gon' get involved
If there's drama what this hittin' for, we gon' hit 'em off
Bang your block, then I let it off, then I'm speedin' off
