On Spetember 11th, NYC spitter Dyme-A-Duzin will drop his new album, Hip Hope. Today, we've received a fittingly uplifting-sounding track from this release entitled "My Single."
Produced by Park Ave, the track has Dyme telling us about a girl who doesn't know his single, but is still into him. It's an interesting take on the dilemma of relationships with celebrities (or rappers), wherein it's often difficult to tell whether a significant other is in it for love or for the fame. In Dyme's case, he's down to date a girl who doesn't know his music because it means she'll truly like him.
Quotable Lyrics:
Know these finals got you stressin'
Now I finally put your body to the test, what is this, what it do?
What you hidin' in that dress
Am I findin' gold and diamonds in your chest, is it there, who are you?
