Uncle Murda and Jadakiss are two New York City artists who have been in this game for several years. They've collaborated in the past, and today, both go in on a track called "By Any Means."
Sonically, the song is composed of an overpoweringly swaggering beat, minimal bell chimes and underlying rave synths. After Uncle Murda spits and someone else (whose identity is, at the moment, unknown) sings a hook, the beat cuts out and Jadakiss is allowed some luxurious space to get out his tight-lipped lyrics.
A very hard-nosed and unforgiving track, to say the least. But what else would you expect from this pair?
Quotable Lyrics:
Times was the hardest, the product was straight garbage
Walked by niggas, be like 'I'm glad that he ain't rob us'
When they really should just be glad they ain't targets
'Cause what I look like tellin' my kids 'daddy ain't got it'
