Troy Ave has been under heavy scrutiny from the hip-hop community ever since his Breakfast Club interview a couple week ago, where he self-proclaimed himself the “second coming of Tupac.” While fans were having a field day with him about it on social media in the days following, Troy decided to run with the idea and announce a new project called Nupac, which was supposed to drop Friday but surfaces today after a short little delay.
In the album’s trailer though, Troy explains that he is not trying to be like any other man (Tupac), he’s just describing the feeling of what he is doing and what he is hearing from the people. Laced with 12 tracks in total, the follow up to last month’s Dope Boy Troy album features guest contributions from Jamila Woods, Yankee, Trilogy, & more.
Lead by the single "I Aint Mad At Cha," fans can stream/download the new mixtape in its entirety now! Hit play and let us know what record you're feeling the most?
