Today Complex has let go a new single from Montreal native and producer on the rise Kaytranada. Kaytranada has steadily been making waves in the hip-hop game, doing work with Mobb Deep as well as newer MCs like GoldLink and Vic Mensa. His solo ish goes too, often a mellow fusion of r'n'b and electronic sounds, as we hear on "Leave Me Alone."
Starting off simply with maracas and piano keys, Shay Lia's soft vocals soon provide another layer to the production on "Leave Me Alone." More layers are added and subtracted through out, including a heavy bassline and synths, giving it a dope vibe.
