Lecrae recently revealed the artwork, tracklist and release date for his new album Anomaly, on top of which he's announced a string of tour dates to go along with the album's release. Keeping the content going, today we've received a new look from Anomaly, "Fear." Over production that almost sounds like two different beats altogether, Lecrae goes back and forth on what scares him. It's as though the change in beat echoes the change in the rapper's thoughts.
Anomaly will follow up Lecrae's 2012 effort Gravity, which won Best Gospel Album at the 2013 Grammys. Will he be able to mimmick the success with Anomaly?
You can pre-order the album now on iTunes. The album drops on September 9th.
Quotable Lyrics
They want to be politically correct I suppose
But I'm comfortable in my skin
While they just pretend in they clothes
I'm scared of falling and failing in front of all my foes
And I fear some friends are unfaithful so I keep my small circle closed
