Earlier this week, James Fauntleroy gave us "Mo'nin," the first taste of his upcoming album, The Coldest Summer Ever, and now he's back to preview another track from the project. "I Love You" is labelled an "interlude" on SoundCloud, but Fauntleroy says that the "full version" will be on the album, leading us to believe that this is just a snippet.
Over a mere 48 seconds, Fauntleroy delivers a mostly a cappella version of his lush, harmony-laden R&B, leading us to believe that The Coldest Summer Ever will contain some of his most accomplished material to date.
Look for it to drop very soon.
Quotable Lyrics:
Not a thousand words, I love you
Winter and the summer and the in between
I love you
Where I be standin' you be catchin' me
