Last week, we saw the video for "True Or False," a track by Chase N. Cashe and Jigg that will appear on their upcoming collaborative EP, 30504. Now the pair return with "Mad At Me," another EP cut.
Though Chase rapped on "True Or False," he lets Jigg handle the bars on "Mad At Me," and stays behind the boards on this one. The "Your Style" producer turns out an eerie beat that manages to incorporate a bunch of seemingly-disparate elements like a stomping bassline, distant, jazzy keys and funky guitar licks. Jigg is in top form too, finding clever ways to get back at his haters on this track.
Quotable Lyrics:
God bless the child that can hold his own
And the streets respect a man that can hold a chrome
So I stay prayed up and strapped up off max bruh
Don't dab up, 'cause you niggas is actors
