Earlier this year, Lecrae announced a new project entitled Anomaly, the follow-up to his Grammy-winning 2012 album Gravity. Now we've got the first track from the LP, "Nuthin."
A very heavy, Mustard-style banger, "Nuthin" isn't what you'd usually expect from Christian rap, but that's just a testament to Lecrae's versatility. Expect more shockers like this to populate Anomaly, which seems to position Lecrae as an outcast in the rap game, though his sound isn't far off from what's on the radio right now.
Check out the artwork for Anomaly right here, and stay tuned for info on its release date and tracklist.
Quotable Lyrics:
Lemme guess you countin' money to the ceiling
Difference 'tween us like at least a couple million
There's foreign cars, pretty girls everywhere you go?
Yeah I heard it thirty times on the radio
