Sammy Adams became a seemingly over-night sensation back in 2010 when his debut EP, Boston's Boy, hit the top spot on iTunes hip-hop charts. Using YouTube as a platform to appeal to college kids (a demographic he was well-aware he had the most appeal to), he marketed his album the grass-roots way and ended up selling over 35,000 copies without a major label. Since his breakthrough, however, Adams hasn't slowed down. Continuing to release mixtapes and singles that appeal to a larger, most hip-hop-based crowd, the "I Hate College" rapper now returns with Wizzy, an album destined to make some waves. Produced by Statik Selektah, choice album-cut "Loser" features verses from fan-favorites Jared Evans & Easy Money. Check out the rest of the album here.
What do you think? Is "Loser" a winner?
Quotable Lyrics:
I ain't ever had to blow a stack on my jeans
Still have no problem bagging your queen
That's when you can say that your swagger is mean
