Meek Mill was at the club where the Drake and Chris Brown fight broke out, and now he speaks on the event to XXL.
There were initially reports that it was Meek who incited the fight by shouting at Brown. Meek has been rumored to have had ties with Rihanna, Chris Brown's infamous ex, and Rihanna was also rumored to be the cause of this beef.
On the incident, Meek says that it is true Chris Brown and Drake were there, however it was other club-goers who took everything to the next level. He says neither Chris nor Drake threw a bottle in the club.
"Chris and Drake, them two was there but its other people that be around that take shit to the next level." Meek said. "Things just happen in the club. I seen girls in there throwing bottles, all types of shit. All types of people. I never seen Chris Brown or Drake throw a bottle and I was there."
When asked if he himself threw a bottle, Meek says "Fuck no."
He also says he and Chris Brown don't have any problems with each other, "What [Brown] tweeted was just that me and Meek Mill ain’t got no problem," Meek continued, "I talked to him immediately after that, on the phone afterwards, like immediately, like, ‘There’s nothing there, this-that-and-the-third.’"
