Luu Breeze is a Canadian spitter/Toronto native we've had our eye on for a minute now. The rapper (and sometimes singer) dropped off a solid project last year, his City In Gold EP, which we actually premiered at the time. That was in August 2013 though, so it's safe to say fans are in need of some new music from Luu. He comes through with the remedy today, a new track produced by Daniel Worthy (who also handled the recent track from Amir Obe which we are pushing along with a contest).
"Hearts In The Trunk" serves as the first taste from Luu Breeze's next project, Remember What You Said, which will hopefully arrive this summer. Are you feeling the sound? It's dark, with lots of hi-hats and drums, while Luu not only raps but sings too.
Quotable Lyrics
This ain't what love supposed to be like
Only hit movies on the week night
You know, Tuesday, on the cheap night
Coach class or a cheap flight
You want love on the beach right
But I'd rather take a jump off of three flights
