Jordan Bratton recently released his debut mixtape, The Grey Area, but it has not slowed his output.
The R&B songwriter has shared a new track today, which features some experimental production, gradually building from a stumbling piano riff into a propulsive 4/4 beat which flips the sample on its head.
No word on whether this is attached to any particular project, but it's definitely one of the most ambitious releases we've heard from Bratton, and hopefully indicative of his current direction.
If you're looking for more from the young R&B singer, make sure to cjheck out his track "Danger 3".
Look out for more from Bratton in the near future.
Quotable Lyrics:
So what are you to hide from me
Girl I'm Trying
I'm trying, trying, trying to get to your heart baby
I'm trying, trying, trying
Don't know where to start, baby
