Michael Jackson's posthumous album Xscape is set to drop on Tuesday, and today we're getting our first taste of the project's title track. Take a listen to "Xscape," produced by Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins.
The song is a funky, horn-led track that finds MJ singing about escaping the trappings of worldwide fame, making his legacy as a fame-averse recluse seem even more unfortunate in hindsight. But, as it's the King of Pop we're talking about here, he manages to turn the downer subject matter into an uplifting jam.

Quotable Lyrics:
Everywhere I turn no matter where I look
The system in control is all ran by the book
I gotta get away so I can free my mind
Escape is what I need from the electric eyes
