It's been exactly one year since Chance The Rapper's breakthrough mixtape, Acid Rap, took the world by storm and made the rapper into a star.
Since then he's worked with James Blake, Skrillex, Justin Bieber, SZA, and more. He's now celebrating the one-year anniversary of his launching pad project with a new track.
"I Am Very Very Lonely" finds Chance backed by the "Social Experiment" and is one of the rapper's most down-tempo cuts, with the Chi-town emcee taking a more conventionally sung approach to the song, but of course it's not without his usual vocal quirks.
If you've somehow avoided checking out Acid Rap up to this point, now might be a good time to check it out.
Quotable Lyrics:
Feed the fishes
Twist a swisha
While I mix the pasta, tonight
(Multi-tasking)
Tube socks, white briefs
Gold watch, tonight
(Fancy attire)
