We just got 3 brand new tracks from Mac Miller, and the third is by far the most experimental of the bunch.
"One Nine Six Nine" is a hypnotic ballad, with Mac singing for the majority of the track.
With plenty of effect on his voice, Miller croons about ecstasy, making for a very trippy electronic number. Judging by the title, the rapper is likely taking influence from 60s psychedelia.
No word on whether this will eventually be tied to one of the rapper's many upcoming projects (of which there are apparently four). If these three new tracks aren't enough for you, you can hear three more new songs from Mac here.
Look out for Miller's Mother's Day mixtape, May 11th.
Quotable Lyrics:
Who put those flowers
Inside of your hair?
Just give me a moment
I'll be right there
You're glowing, those colors
Those colors, you wear
Run through the world with no care
If you dare
