"Life In The City" is a standout track from Harlem, New York City emcee JR Writer's new Return Of The Greatest mixtape, which is now available in our mixtape section.
The track, which was produced by Butter Beats DBK, features Vado and veteran NYC spitter Styles P on the assist. It samples The Ebonys' "Life In The Country" single, from their 1973 album Philadelphia International, which you can relive below.
The last we heard of JR was his January 2014 single "Greatest", which isn't included on Return Of The Greatest, surprisingly enough.

Quotable Lyrics
It's a pity...
You ain't really built for this life in the city
The nights when it's nippy - icy and gritty
I was on my grizzly with the Frank White and the Biggie
