Two old school hip-hop legends connect on this record "Echo Park." DJ Doo Wop, a native to Bronx, NY (although he was born in Los Angeles, he moved to New York at the age of two), is responsible for kick-starting many different rapper careers in the last twenty years through mixtapes, concerts, house parties etc.
Now Doo Wop is working on a new project, currently untitled, and before we get anything off that he's linked up with a fellow New Yorker, AZ, to lay down some breaks, including stuff from the Jackson 5 and more, for a new freestyle.
AZ also has his own project in the works, Doe Or Die 2, which has yet to receive a release date.
