Omarion is readying his fourth studio album, the aptly titled Sex Playlist, and has now unleashed the lead single from the upcoming effort, the lushly produced "I Like It".
The song interpolates DeBarge's 80's jam, "I Like It", putting his falsetto on display over some reverby synths, coming off like like a more maximal take on Jeremih's "773-LOVE".
If you're into this one, make sure to check out O's underrated Love Package 2 mixtape from last year, as well as "Know You Better" (Feat. Pusha T & Fabolous), his single from last year's Self Made Vol. 2 compilation.
The new record is due out this summer.
Quotable lyrics:
Come and get what you want
Ain’t no need to fight it at all
Girl, I know that you like it
(You like it, You Like it)
Girl, I know that you like it
