Why we like Allan Rayman:
Bobo Otim's hazy boom-bap recalls the work of Madvillain. On "All By Myself", L'orange manipulates a vocal sample, creating a ghostly refrain for Bobo to weave his low-key flows in and out of. By the end of the track, Otim mimicks the hissy sample, contrasting it with his raspy baritone, making for a very endearing and very DOOM moment.
