Jordan Brand has plans to release a new Air Jordan 11 Low in the name of the Birmingham Barons, the Chicago White Sox' Double-A affiliate which is most famous because Michael Jordan played on the team during his first retirement from basketball in 1994.
Early images of the "Barons" Air Jordan 11 Low have recently surfaced on the 'net and just like previous Air Jordans that share the Barons moniker, the kicks feature a black, white and grey construction. Although, the grey utilized is much darker than we expected. Additionally, reports suggest the dark grey patent leather featured on this pair of low-top 11s is similar to the design seen on the "72-10" joints.
As of now, the "Barons" Air Jordan 11 Low will reportedly be releasing sometime in April of 2017.
