Remember the shooting that took place at T.I.’s show at Irving Plaza back in May involving Troy Ave? Well it turns out a couple of fans who were “trampled” in the mayhem are suing Irving Plaza & LiveNation for an undisclosed amount TMZ reports.
The lawsuit reportedly states that the venue didn’t adequately screen people entering the concert, which ultimately led to the shootout. The plaintiffs say they suffered serious physical injuries and mental anguish as a result.
Their attorney, Vincent Provenzano, told TMZ that his clients were “trampled” in the chaos of people rushing for exits during the shooting. They’re looking for an undisclosed amount, but you know LiveNation & Irving Plaza have a lot of paper, so a settlement is probably likely.
