PartyNextDoor's album P3 was given a lukewam reception from fans but it enjoyed a successful first week of sales.
According to HDD, P3 moved 29k physical units and 50k SPS (sales-plus-streaming) units. It finished its opening week at #3 on the charts behind the juggernaut 1-2 punch of the "Suicide Squad" OST and Drake's VIEWS.
Meanwhile, SremmLife2 moved 15k physical units and 30k SPS units. It ended the week on the #7 slot, less than 1000 units behind DJ Khaled's Major Key.
Both albums exceeded mid-week sales projections: P3 was projected to sell 40-44k and SremmLife 2 was projected to sell 25-28k.
