Steve Aoki & Yellow Claw grab Guwop and T-Pain for their new video.

Steve Aoki has been snapping since his album Kolony dropped this past July. With the assistance of many rappers, he has created a whole album filled with banger after banger. His main singles thusfar have featured Atlanta rappers. One of the singles being "Without U" featuring 2 Chainz and was followed by the video for "Night Call" featuring Lil Yachty and Migos'. Today he has dropped another video off of the album for the appropriately titled song "Lit" featuring Gucci Mane with T-Pain on the hook.

The video for "Lit" consists of Gucci Mane and T-Pain surrounded by roman columns and belly-dancing women. It opens up with Gucci Mane sitting on a throne with a gold crown floating above his head before T-Pain comes in to slay the hook. It's a clean-cut video that serves as a great follow-up to the Migos and Yachty assisted "Night Call."

Aoki's videos thusfar for this album have had a very similar aesthetic. He's had a tendency of using white and gold as his main colors. The video for "Lit" actually has more similarities to "Without U" than "Nightcall" to the point where it almost seems like a continuation. The video for "Without U" has 2 Chainz on a similar set as Gucci Mane and even has cameos from the same women who act as mannequin-esque figures in both videos. It's a solid effort for Aoki who is continuing to push Kolony forward.

Steve Aoki is still one of the hardest working DJ's in the music industry. While known as a revered EDM DJ, his success has led him to experiment further with hip hop and trap, specifically. His album Kolony, is draped up and down in hip hop with every song featuring at least one rapper. It's a solid effort with some very carefully picked features. With the new video for "Lit" out, it's bound to be a party anthem for weeks to come.
