Nike has officially introduced a brand new innovative running sneaker called the Nike LunarCharge, which draws on inspiration from a handful of classic Nike running sneakers.
The LunarCharge silhouette is inspired by the 1990 Nike Air Current, borrows Neoprene material from the 1988 running cult-classic, the Nike Air Flow, utilizes the eyestay seen on the Air Max 90, and features an internal bootie construction from the Nike Air Presto.
Per Nike:
"The result is the Nike LunarCharge, a shoe that maximizes comfort with the Air Flow’s neoprene, the Air Presto’s bootie construction and the LunarEpic’s laser-siped, cushioned outsole—all with the iconic eye stays of the Air Max 90 and the sleek silhouette of the Air Current."
The first colorway of the Nike LunarCharge will be released on November 18 at select boutiques for the retail price of $120.
