The Internet is a wild place.
While it often succeeds at producing viral sensations you wish you never knew existed, every once in a while it spurs some viable talent for the world to see.
The latest to emerge from the latter is Chicago-based emcee Precious Way. First catching ears from her nonchalant freestyles on Facebook, the young Precious has now found herself on a platform that could very well propel her towards stardom she didn't even know she wanted.
“I started rapping on Facebook just for kicks,” she tells Mass Appeal.
After finding success through her videos, she managed to catch the attention of accomplished producer Bangladesh, resulting in the creation of her latest "Watch Me Go."
“I’m so obsessed with this video,” she further said of the track's visuals that premiered earlier this weekend. “I feel like when people see it, they gonna be able to better understand my energy and what I’m trying to bring to the game—or what I’m going to bring to the game, I should say.”
